1. Cancellation Before Journey

If a booking is cancelled before the journey begins, any eligible refund will be processed according to the booking details.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds may not be applicable if the customer does not arrive at the pickup location, provides incorrect booking information, or cancels after the service has already started.
