2. Cancellation Charges

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location or cannot be contacted at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and cancellation charges may apply.

4. Service Cancellation

MOJJI TOURS AND TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, road closures, or other emergencies. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
